I purchased these and they have been amazing so far. They work great for the types of workouts I am doing with them. They're light weight, comfortable, allow your feet to breathe while wearing them, and my feet feel much better after an Insanity workout than they did with my old shoes. It even helped out with other muscles groups, as my calves feel much better jumping and exercising in these than in my old pair. I wear them casually as well because they're just so comfortable. I've walked in light snow with these too and they were still fine and had excellent grip.Basically if you need a shoe for training that involves more than just forward movement, get these! Not ideal for true runners. Stick with an actual running shoe if you're doing distance. The Brooks I run in feel like clouds on pavement compared to these. Not ultra cushioned so if you're a heavier individual you'll want something with more support like Reebok zigs or a shoe with an air pocket. They run a little loose so no need to go up 1/2 a size. Good latteral support for quick cuts.
